Roscoe is a 9 week old, russian-blue mix, kitten (DOB late November xxxx) . He was dumped outside the shelter at about 6 weeks of age and was quickly rescued. He is a sweet boy, but still very fidgety being held so he'll do best in an patient adult household. Since he is so young, he needs to go home with another kitty, or with a home that already has a cat or a cat-friendly dog.
